ARTICLE 2 – Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions govern the sale of services and products offered by Share & Fun at its premises located at 6 Rue Baron Horta, 1000 Brussels, as well as online bookings made via the website www.shareandfun.com.

They apply to any order or booking made by a customer (hereinafter “the Customer”), whether it concerns:

a karaoke room reservation,

bar or restaurant consumption (on-site or takeaway),

or participation in other activities offered on-site, subject to availability.

When we use the terms “Share & Fun,” “we,” or “our” in this document, we refer to Space Fun Games SRL, which is responsible for processing your data.

These terms apply exclusively and override all others, even those stated on a buyer’s purchase order. Space Fun Games SRL reserves the right to amend its General Terms and Conditions at any time. However, ongoing contracts remain subject to the terms in force at the time the sale is concluded. With the confirmation of their order, the customer receives the terms and conditions in a format they can store or print.

The sales agreement can be concluded in French, Dutch, or English, at the client’s choice. All further communication will also be conducted in one of these languages. The customer may not claim lack of language proficiency to contest the application of any terms.

Where indicated, certain provisions apply only to sales to “consumers,” meaning any individual acting outside their commercial, industrial, artisanal, or liberal professional activity.

A non-professional buyer or consumer is any natural or legal person who acquires or uses the services offered by SPACE FUN GAMES SRL for non-professional purposes.

A professional buyer is anyone not fitting the above definition, i.e., any natural or legal person who acquires or uses products or services marketed by Space Fun Games SRL for partially or wholly professional purposes. Their accounting and tax declarations serve as proof.

Professional buyers are not entitled to consumer protection laws as established by the Commercial Practices Act.

ARTICLE 3 – Bookings

3.1 – Karaoke (booking required)

The karaoke room is only accessible via prior online booking. Full payment (100%) is required at the time of booking. No reservation will be confirmed without payment.

To book online, the customer must register using the designated online form and include any promotional code if applicable.

A confirmation email is sent once the total payment is confirmed unless otherwise agreed with SPACE FUN GAMES SRL.

The catalog of activities on https://www.shareandfun.com is not a binding offer. A contract is only concluded once the customer receives a confirmation email.

SPACE FUN GAMES SRL reserves the right to request additional information for security purposes and may refuse the order if an adequate response is not provided. It may also refuse orders if resale is suspected or the order is made by a minor. This also applies to evident errors in product description or pricing, despite our best efforts to ensure accuracy.

In cases of force majeure, SPACE FUN GAMES SRL may suspend or terminate the contract.

3.2 – Other activities

Other activities (games, entertainment, etc.) do not require prior booking and are subject to availability. No spot can be guaranteed without a reservation.

ARTICLE 4 – Bar and Restaurant: On-site, Takeaway, and Delivery Sales

The bar and restaurant offer products for on-site consumption or takeaway. Orders are placed directly at the counters or through designated ordering devices.

Prices are in euros, VAT included, and may change at any time. On-site orders must be paid for immediately.

4.1. Orders

Customers can order takeaway or delivery via our website, mobile app, or delivery partners. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms.

4.2. Products and Availability

Available products are listed on the online menu at the time of the order. Offers are valid while stocks last. Share & Fun reserves the right to change menus, prices, and availability at any time.

4.3. Pricing

Prices are in euros, VAT included. Delivery fees may apply and will be specified before order confirmation.

4.4. Payment Terms

Payment may be made online (by card), or in person if ordering at the counter (by card or electronic meal vouchers).

4.5. Pickup and Delivery

Takeaway: Orders must be picked up from the Share & Fun premises at the scheduled time.

Delivery: Delivered to the address provided by the customer. Delivery time is estimated and not guaranteed.

4.6. Withdrawal and Cancellation

According to Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, withdrawal rights do not apply to perishable items, including prepared meals. Therefore, any confirmed order is final unless cancellation is expressly accepted by Share & Fun within a reasonable timeframe.

4.7. Complaints

Any complaints (missing item, error, unusual delay, etc.) must be reported within 24 hours of receipt by phone or email to the address listed on our website.

ARTICLE 5 – Cancellation Policy

5.1 – Karaoke

Legal withdrawal right for remote (online) sales to consumers: This only applies to consumers, not businesses.

Legally, there is no withdrawal right for reservations for activities, events, or tickets. Deposits are non-refundable.

However, as a commercial gesture, we accept date/time changes up to 7 days before the reservation, subject to availability. Requests must be made via email to contact@shareandfun.com. Requests within less than 7 days may result in loss of the full payment.

Participant numbers can be adjusted up to 7 days before the booking, depending on availability. Charges on the day will be based on the confirmed number 7 days in advance. Absent guests may be replaced by others from the group.

5.2 – Other Services

No refunds will be issued for non-booked activities or food products once ordered.

ARTICLE 6 – Payments, Prices, and Payment Methods

Prices include VAT for consumers and all applicable taxes or are VAT-exclusive for businesses providing a VAT ID.

All offers remain valid as long as displayed online. Prices may vary. The applicable price is that in effect at the time of the order.

Activity prices listed on www.shareandfun.com do not include drinks, food, or additional activities purchased on-site.

Online payments may be made through a secure system using:

VISA / MASTERCARD / MISTERCASH BANCONTACT

Companies may pay by bank transfer.

At the game zone counter or via QR code for on-site orders and activities not booked in advance.

Accepted on-site payment methods:

Bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact…)

Electronic meal or sports/culture vouchers (Edenred, Sodexo, Monizze). (No paper vouchers accepted)

For bank transfers, clients receive payment details by email. Reminders are sent if payment isn’t received within three days. After payment, the booking date is confirmed.

Products are held for three days pending payment. After this, the order may be cancelled.

ARTICLE 7 – Liability

Products and games offered by Space Fun Games SRL comply with Belgian law.

Space Fun Games SRL cannot be held liable for:

unreserved activity unavailability,

misuse of facilities or equipment,

loss or theft of personal belongings.

The Customer is solely responsible for product choice and proper use according to legal requirements.

Some products may have technical features; customers must follow manufacturer and Share & Fun safety instructions.

Share & Fun activities are not inherently dangerous. Accidents may occur only if safety rules are not respected: no running, jumping, wall-climbing, crawling, physical contact, or reckless behavior.

Space Fun Games SRL is not liable for use that violates the law.

Photos and illustrations on shareandfun.com are non-binding and do not imply liability for Share & Fun or Space Fun Games SRL.

Children remain under the supervision of their accompanying adult.

Alcohol Consumption – Beer and Cocktail Wall

The self-serve beer and cocktail wall is strictly for adults (18+). ID may be requested for age verification.

Minors are not allowed access, even if accompanied. Their guardians are responsible for ensuring compliance.

We reserve the right to deny access to anyone behaving inappropriately or endangering others.

ARTICLE 8 – Personal Data and Privacy Protection

When purchasing through our system, users must provide personal information (identity, email, address, etc.) necessary to process the order.

SPACE FUN GAMES SRL uses this data to manage bookings and for statistical purposes to improve services.

The data may also be used to share news about Share & Fun and SPACE FUN GAMES SRL.

We do not disclose personal data to third parties offering similar services, except within company activities.

Data is stored to facilitate future orders.

Users may request to access or correct their data by contacting Share & Fun at the address mentioned in these terms.

Our websites are secured with valid SSL certificates and HTTPS protocol. Data is encrypted and protected.

Sites are virus-free and use the best antivirus protection tools.

ARTICLE 9 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts where the company’s registered office is located.
